Sunset View and Sunrise Cottages are ready for you, and we are pleased to now introduce our newest cottage, Sunset Bluff. Though each is close by, you won't have to share your accommodations with anyone. Whichever cottage you choose, it's all yours!

Sunset View Cottage

Your Sunset View experience begins the moment you open the door to your private guest cottage. Immediately you are presented with a panoramic view of the Mississippi River. Drop your bags in the spacious bedroom (you can unpack later), and head for the screen porch from which you can contemplate the river, or toast the sunset. Though not a traditional "Bed and Breakfast," Sunset View is designed for guests who desire privacy and unobtrusive service. Sunset View is the perfect cottage rental for your honeymoon, vacation, or romantic weekend getaway.

This secluded bluff top cottage features a large living room with a wood burning fireplace, beautiful hardwood floors, and a well-appointed full kitchen. The bedroom is comfortable and spacious and features stunning river views. The bathroom is accentuated by gorgeous custom tile, and offers a double shower, and a separate Jacuzzi tub. Accommodations include such amenities as satellite TV and radio, and high-speed wireless internet access.

We are dedicated to making your stay as comfortable and truly relaxing as possible. Whatever your needs might be, we will do our utmost to see they are met with a minimum of intrusion. It will be our pleasure to make dinner reservations, arrange tours, and provide you with all the information you need to get the most out of your time in historic Natchez.

$195 per night, double occupancy, adjusted for seasonal events. $50 per additional guest (maximum of three additional guests). Rate does not include tax. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Reservations are encouraged. A $50 charge will be applied to cancellations not received at least 72 hours in advance of scheduled arrival. In the event of a no-show without prior notification, the full rate for one day will be charged. Two night minimum stay on weekends. We regret that Sunset View is not able to accommodate young people under the age of 16. Absolutely no pets. No exceptions. Smoking is permitted on the screen porch only.
