River View, Privacy, Comfort!

We are pleased to announce the opening of our third private accommodation, Sunset Bluff! Like the others, it is a private cottage, and like Sunset View, Sunset Bluff sits atop a 150-foot bluff overlooking the Mississippi River. The above photo is an actual shot taken from the screened in back porch. The view looking north and south along the river is almost completely unobstructed for miles.

The Amenities

The interior of the cottage is made up of the living room, kitchen and single bedroom (along with full bath, of course). The living room is stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a refrigerator that's stocked with light breakfast essentials such as cereal, muffins, jams, juice, tea and coffee.

The bedroom holds a roomy queen size bed, and there's a full-windowed doorway to the screened-in back porch.

Other amenities to this fine bed and breakfast cottage include Satellite TV and high-speed Wireless Internet.

A Preferred Location

Sunset Bluff's location on Cemetery Road is just far enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet as well as private. The center of downtown Natchez, however, is just a couple minutes' drive away. For that matter, you might like to walk when the weather is pleasant. A stroll down Linton Avenue toward town is delightful all by itself. The street is lined with Victorian style homes, most with beautiful, aromatic gardens.

Downtown Natchez is home to award-winning shops and restaurants, and is internationally known for its "Antique Row," properly known as Franklin Street, an avenue lined with antique shops, as well as florists, coffee shops, book stores, and women's clothing.

Bed & Breakfast Policy and Rate

$155 per night, double occupancy, adjusted for seasonal events. $50 per additional guest. Rate does not include tax. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Reservations are encouraged. A $50 charge will be applied to cancellations not received at least 72 hours in advance of scheduled arrival. In the event of a no-show without prior notification, the full rate for one day will be charged. Two night minimum stay on weekends. We regret that Sunset Bluff is not able to accommodate young people under the age of 16, nor pets. Smoking is permitted on the screen porch only. For reservations please call 601-870-2662, or !
